New and Resale Homes in Palm Springs Real Estate

Palm Springs' newest active adult community is the Four Seasons at Palm Springs new homes with new home pricing starting from the low $400,000s.  Located north of Vista Chino in Palm Springs.

The Enclave at Sunrise with fabulous San Jacinto Mountain views are new homes now currently under construction in North Palm Springs, with pricing of four model homes starting in the high $700,000s.  Private courtyards, extended outdoor living areas, and guest casita options.
 

Mountain Gate new homes and Mountain Gate II in Palm Springs is a new community from mid $300,000s to $400,000s.  Mountain Gate II is coming soon.  There is a wide selection of resale homes in Mountain Gate currently available. 

There are several new home communities recently developed in Palm Springs.  Flora Vista new homes are some of the least expensive new homes available which were built in 2003.  Flora Vista resales are currently available priced in the low $400,000s with four bedrooms homes in the mid $500,000s.
 

Alexander Vista Estates and Alexander Country Club Estates new homes are new Alexander-Style 2- and 3-bedroom solar homes from the $650,000s in and near the Palm Springs Country Club to be completed as early as the end of 2005 and early 2006. This is a Mello-Roos district.

Construction has now begun at The Cove at Palm Springs in North Palm Springs will start in the $400,000s range and and this community will also have a golf course, located at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains.  Homes have "spools" - a smaller combination of pool and spa options. 

Tuscany Heights, currently under construction in Chino Canyon, collection of 15 single family luxury homes, priced from about $2 million.

Crescendo of Palm Springs and The Boulders are new homes planned by the same developer, a new high-end development of luxury estate homes at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in North Palm Springs from about $900,000 to $3 million.

Escena Palm Springs new homes is a new gated development with an 18-hole championship public golf course which is now open.  Escena will has two builders on the project, of which each has its own designs.

Tierra Hermosa new townhomes is now in its final stages of selling it townhouse style 2- and 3-bedroom condominiums located at Amada and Yermo in Palm Springs.  Gated complex of 84 Spanish Mediterranean designed two-story and single level villas.  Priced from about low $300,000s to low $400,000s.  There are now resales on the market. 
 

Villorrio is a development of townhomes at Baristo Road and Avenida Caballeros with four models in the low $400,000s. New homes are sold out, however, there appear to be resale units now on the market.

PS Colony new homes in Palm Springs with spacious family homes on large lots and fee simple land.  Three floor plans and approximately 2,499 to 3,043 sq. ft., with up to 3 bedrooms, a den and a casita from mid $400,000s. 

Priced from the low $1 millions Casa del Desierto are a collection of 17 authentic Old Spanish new homes located near historic Palm Springs in the Ruth Hardy Park area.
 

Alejo Vista Condominiums new homes is a new condominium complex at Alejo and Caballeros in Central Palm Springs, near the downtown area.

The Palomino Townhomes condominium development is currently in the early construction stages, conveniently located in central Palm Springs, close to the Palm Springs Convention Center, shopping and restaurants. 

Terra Vita condominiums are new, coming soon, located adjacent the Tierra Hermosa condominiums at Amado and Yermo in Central Palm Springs.

Avalon (formerly known as Palm Springs Village)  is one of Palm Springs' newest communities, approximately 1,239 homes on 309 acres in North Palm Springs. 

Vista San Jacinto is a collection of 32 single family homes coming soon, priced in the mid $500,000s.  Village Traditions is a condominium complex of approximately 100 condominiums on lease land.

Pintura new homes is one of the newest gated new home communities in South Palm Springs with Spanish architecture townhomes priced from mid $500,000s.  Resales are currently available.

The newest condominium community is Canyon Heights new homes in South Palm Springs with pricing from low $500,000s.

Andreas Estates new homes are priced from about the mid $500,000s.
