New Homes and Resales in Indio Real Estate

The Desert Collection is a new community of homes priced in the $400,000s.  Located in North Indio.  There are also a few resale homes now on the market. 

Foxstone is North Indio's newest development of new construction, with pricing in the mid $300,000s. First and second phase development purchases are some of the desert's hottest properties for real estate investments and first-time home buyers!

Sandhurst Cove is now under construction in North Indio and there are resales in the market priced in the $400,000s. 

The Palazzo new homes are located in north Indio in the Shadow Hills area.  The homes will have approximately up to 3,591 sq. ft. and are priced in the low $400,000s. This community is now under construction. 

North of the I-10 Freeway in Indio is the area known as Shadow Hills.  New homes include Villa Estates at Shadow Hills new homes from mid $200,000s and Shadow Hills Master Planned Community from mid $200,000s to high $300,000s.

Sun City Shadow Hills, a new Del Webb active adult community of new homes from the low $300,000s to mid $500,000s.

The Talavera Homes in North Indio at Avenue 38 and Jefferson priced in the $400,000s and the Desert Trace homes priced in the low $400,000s are coming soon.  Ponderosa Villas at Paradiso is scheduled for a grand opening in 2006, with pricing in the $300,000s.

New communities in Indio include the elegant country club homes of Villa Santa Rosa new homes priced from $270,000s, and Indio's newest family development Bella Vida, Shadow Hills new homes from the low $400,000s. 

Generations at Shadow Hills is a lovely residential gated community.  There is a sense of pride of ownership that is reflected in this community shown visibly by the overall management of the homeowners association common area maintenance and landscaping, with homes priced from the mid $400,000s.

Aldea at Jackson is a gated new home community located north of the I-10 Freeway in Indio, featuring three and four bedroom family homes from low $300,000s.  Arroyo Vista new homes is one of the newest developments coming soon to Indio located near Avenue 40 and Jackson.

Bella Tierra, coming soon to the Shadow Hills area of North Indio.

Sonora Wells is a new home community in the North Indio, Shadow Hills area, with pricing in the $400,000s.  Three, four and five bedroom homes are available now.

Waring Palms homes is a new community of residential homes near east of Heritage Palms with about 1,400 to 2,500 sq. ft. from mid $300,000s. Close to the new N. Madison Elementary School in Indio currently under construction. 

Heritage Palms Country Club new homes is a gated active adult golf community with a world-class Arthur Hills 18-hole championship golf course is located in Indio just east of Jefferson Avenue on Fred Waring Drive, starting from approximately mid $300,000s. 

Homes in other gated communities of Indio include Indian Springs Golf & Country Club new single family homes and condos from low $200,000s.

Villa Montego and Villa Montego II and the new adult community of Las Brisas North are in the high $200,000s to mid $300,000s.  

Anastacia in South Indio, is one of Indio's newest neighborhood's along Avenue 49 at Monroe.  South Indio is one of the fastest growing areas for new home development in the east valley.

The Bridge at Jefferson new homes is also one of South Indio's newest developments located south of Highway 111 with pricing starting in the mid $500,000s.  Homes are  from about 2,800 sq. ft.  Currently there are new and resale homes available at The Bridge at Jefferson.

In a new area known as Rancho Indio, buyers will find residential housing from approximately high $200,000s to low $300,000s in non-gated communities including Summer Breeze, Monticello, Desert Song new homes.

 Sunburst is one of Indio's newest home communities priced from low $300,000s.   

Montage at Santa Rosa are new homes priced in the $800,000s.  This community currently in the Spring of 2005 is under construction and there are resales currently on the market.  Homes are situated on 1/2 acre and 1/3 acre lots. 

The Orchard offers one and two-story new homes with pricing in the low $600,000s and this development is sold out.  Resales are currently available.

The Estacio new homes in a gated community are located near Avenue 49 and Jefferson with pricing in the mid $500,000s.  This new home development is currently sold out, however, there are resales available on the market.  

Farther east on Avenue 49 is Esperanza at Desert River Estates new homes with luxury 4 bedroom and 3-1/2 bathroom homes on 1/2 acre lots is currently under construction.   Homes are priced from the mid $700,000s to about $1.3 million.  This community has sold out and there are only resale homes now available. 

Las Colinas new homes is one of the newest developments planned in Indio with pricing in the mid to high $200,000s.  Vista Santa Rosa new homes near Avenue 55 and Jackson which borders Indio is a small community of single family homes priced from the mid $200,000s to $425,000. 

Coming soon, Barcelona at Avenue 50, West of Jackson

Coming soon, Victoria Palms Villas , a new condominium development with first phase units under construction in January 2007.

New homes built in 2002 and 2003 with resales currently available within the gated Indian Palms Country Club of Indio are priced from approximately the mid $200,000s to high $300,000s include Fairways, Villa Santa Rosa, Enchantment, Royal Vista, Reflections, Bellasara and Starlight Estates.   The newest development of new homes within the gates of Indian Palms Country Club is Rhapsody new homes and is priced from the low $400,000s. These homes offer RV garages and attached guest casitas.  Arriving this year in 2005 are the newest homes in Indian Palms Country Club of Casa Bella, Calarosa and Vista Serena, pricing to be announced.
