New Homes and Resales in Coachella Real Estate

Coachella is located approximately 45 minutes east of Palm Springs and is south of the I-10 Freeway near the Highway 86 Exit and stretches out southward and is adjacent Indio and La Quinta.  Large new home builders like Lennar Corporation, Beazer and Ryland Homes are flocking to the city of Coachella building some of the most affordable homes in the region.
