Located east of the Palm Springs Airport and south of Vista Chino
near Gene Autry Trail in Palm Springs. In the Spring of 2005,
there is grading which is currently being undertaken at this development.

This community is a Mello-Roos District of
approximately $350 to $500 per year assessment, recently approved by the
Palm Springs City Council.
