A planned new home
development of 79 high-end luxury homes in a gated community located near
Vista Grande, East Racquet Club and Tramway Roads in northwest Palm
Springs at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains This development
has just recently received City Council approval in January of 2005 to
move forward, however, architectural drawings are yet to be approved by
the Planning Commission and construction is not likely to begin for at
least another year.
Spring 2005 update: The builder has withdrawn his
current plans is currently undertaking a year-long study to do an
environmental impact report.
The developer estimates these homes will be priced from
about $900,000 to $1.8 million.
