Victoria Palms Villas subdivision is coming soon.  Located at Monroe Street and Avenue 49 is slated for approximately 420 single family homes.  This development is located across from the Indian Palms Country Club and is located north of 50th Avenue.  Early grading appears to be getting underway in the Summer of 2005.  More information coming soon with pricing to be announced.
