also "pre-qualified" to purchase a home. They know
their pricing and have taken steps to secure a loan or are
intending to pay all cash. If you need a referral to a
loan broker or a bank loan professional, please contact me
ASAP. This will put you in a position of power to
negotiate the best possible terms! Getting
pre-qualified is a normal step in the procedure to
purchasing a home. If you're thinking about purchasing
a home and are shopping to purchase without a minimum of a
Pre-Qualification Letter, you might as well be "window
shopping". Some sellers today will not allow access to
their homes without a Pre-Qualification, and as gas prices
and costs of running a business increase and agent's time
becomes more valuable, REALTORŪs have a certain level of
expectation among their most serious clients, especially
those who intend to purchase a home.
Pre-qualified clients are also given
incentives and closing cost gifts as rewards for taking the
steps necessary
their clients do their due
diligence as well. That also applies to contingencies,
when a home is required to be sold, that is the home should
