Real Estate News Desert Homes Today
Blog Headlines:
Bermuda Dunes Real Estate Pricing More Than Doubles!
Excerpts from the Desert Homes
Today Real Estate Blog...
"Within the gates of Bermuda Dunes
County Club as of June 12, 2005 there are about 21
listings with the least expensive home starting at about
$489,900, hey, another fixer built in 1981... and this
3-bedroom has a casita. .... (By the way, our little
3-bedroom fixer was about $178,000 in 1999)... see what
I mean about price appreciation!). The most expensive
home now is listed at $869,000, a 3-bedroom with lovely
views of the chocolate mountains to the northeast.
And there is a 4-bedroom custom home currently in the
planning stages offered at $1,695,000 to be located on
the 11th Fairway.
Bermuda Dunes Country Club has some
of the least expensive homeowners assessment in the
entire valley at about $85 a month and is a wonderful
community for country club living and especially for
families. It's close to schools, shopping and freeway
access is just off the I-10 Freeway about a couple of
miles away. If you ever want to know anything about
Bermuda Dunes Country Club, take it from me I lived
there for several years, and know much about living in
Bermuda Dunes and do miss it.
The median priced homes at about
$360,000 to $400,000 that do come on the market from
time to time that were built in the early 1980s are
great values and these homes seem to move quickly. Most
of these homes do have a pool and spa as well. Also
homes at Bermuda Dunes are situated on larger lots than
most other homes in the area, so that's a very unique
feature in one of the oldest country clubs in the
desert." Carey Parker |
