What can you tell me about reverse mortgages and can I get it on a mobile home?

Reverse mortgages are only available on homes and condos that have individual title deeds and they must be owner occupied.  Since a mobile home is not considered real estate and is not on a separate lot with a foundation, it is not considered real property.
