161-single family homes, 3-4 bedrooms. For low to moderate income

Palm Springs
Desert Highland Community. Homes available for purchase qualify
under an affordable housing program made available by the city's Community
Redevelopment Agency. Approximately 1,400 sq. ft. homes at a cost of $239,000.

Coyote Run II, a new affordable housing development with 66 low income
housing units. Consists of 1- to 4-bedroom units in two-story townhouse
style designs, with approximately 650 to 1,376 sq. ft. Located north of
Sunrise Way and San Rafael Drive in north Palm Springs. This development

Tierra Del Sol, a new senior housing complex. Consists of 76-units in the heart of Cathedral City, between
Cathedral Canyon and Buddy Rogers Drive and "A" and "C"

Rancho Mirage
Santa Rosa Villa, 33 single-story manufactured units (1,052 to
1,211 sq. ft) , managed by the Rancho Mirage Housing Authority.
San Jacinto Villas, affordable senior housing, scheduled for
completion 2004/2005.
Parkview Villas, 82 senior units located just east of Whitewater
Park.
Santa Rosa Villas, including housing for first-time home
buyers and multi-family units, located at Monterey and Dinah Shore.
Los Callinas, 84 affordable housing units for seniors located on
Thunder Road.
Indian Wells
Mountain View Villas, senior low-income housing
development near Highway 111 and Mountain Cove in Indian Wells with rents based on ability to
pay. 128 1-Bedroom (800 sf.) and 2-Bedroom (1,100 sf.) Units are available, clubhouse, community pool
and gym.

Garden Villas, moderate income project, 84-unit single-family
housing project of Warner Trail south of Gerald Ford Elementary School.
Whitewater Villas, affordable housing project along Highway 111
scheduled to begin opening in 2004.
La Quinta
Miraflores/Seasons Senior Apartments, mix of 86 single-family
market-value homes and 118 low-income senior rentals. Linc Housing.
La Quinta Senior Housing Project, tentative 149-unit senior housing
development. One-story single family homes for seniors 55 years and
older, with moderate income levels. Contact La Quinta Redevelopment

Coachella
Rancho De La Fe, 120 single family residences which can be purchased
near Avenue 53 and Harrison Streets in Coachella. 1,300 sq. ft homes with
3 bedrooms up to1,500 sq. ft. homes with up to 5 bedrooms. These homes are
new construction in 2004. Pricing is from about $145,000 to $165,000.
