2008/2009 Buyer Incentive Programs - Guidelines, Rules, Eligibility and Requirements

When you buy a home through Desert Homes Today Realty, you are automatically entitled to our reward gift at closing. Please be sure to enroll in our program and choose your closing cost gift! Please read on for our guidelines and requirements. Thank you for choosing Carey Ann Parker REALTOR and Desert Homes Today Realty!
1. Buyer must be registered with Desert Homes Today Realty as a client of Desert Homes Today Realty, and must be at least 18 years of age or older.
2. When the subject property/transaction involves the purchase of a new home, the Buyer must accompany the Buyer's Agent/REALTORŪ to the builder's sales office or sale center on the first visit to allow the Buyer's Agent to register the Buyer with the builder's sales office.
3. REALTORŪ/Agent with Desert Homes Today Realty must be agent of record in the underlying real estate purchase.
4. Real estate purchase must be located in Riverside County.
5. The real estate purchase must be made within the year 2008/2009 unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by Buyer and Agent/REALTORŪ.
6. Buyer incentive program is subject to change and cancellation at any time. Buyer must pre-register by completing an online enrollment form in order to participate in the Buyer Incentive Program. No exceptions. Buyer must also pre-register with program prior to opening of any escrow. Upon enrollment, Buyer will receive a confirmation of acceptance. Exception: Buyer may also make other enrollment arrangements with REALTORŪ during the first client meeting meeting between client and REALTORŪ, by printing out this page, and inquiring of REALTORŪ.
7. Buyer limited to one closing gift per real estate contract.
